All properties are managed for tourist purposes and offer both owners and guests a 5-star service. Personal use is limited to 3 months per year.
Owners do not bear any maintenance or renovation costs as long as the management service is in effect. In addition, owners enjoy the same services as hotel guests, such as daily breakfast and cleaning.
A percentage of the revenues is distributed equally among the owners.
