The purpose of this legal notice is to regulate the conditions of use and navigation of the Web Site by the User. The present conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy or question regarding the Web Site or the present legal conditions, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Visaverde. In the event that the User is a Consumer or User in accordance with the definitions of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16th November), they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
