The property is on the first floor with direct access from the street and has a spacious living-dining room, terrace with some sea views, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, fibreglass, alarm and security door. The second bedroom is small with a single bed. There is always plenty of free parking next to the complex on the public road. There are no service charges for the complex, except 50 € per month, which is paid for the use of the swimming pool in the complex opposite (not compulsory).
