1. PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION,

Title Deeds signed in the notary, but we are not ready yet. It is important to register your property and finish the necessary paperwork. We are offering this service of \property administration\ which includes to register your Deeds, pay the taxes of both parties, change all contracts (f.e. water electrics, community etc..) in your name, set up direct debits.

2. DONATIONS,

If you own a property in your name but would like to pass it over to another family member - first line! you can do this with a donation. This is very similar to the procedure in most European countries.

3. INHERITANCES,

This is a service we wish we wouldn't have to offer, but unfortunately we need to. We offer the complete procedure including everything to be done, so that you in this sad situation don't have to worry about the paperwork.

4. NON RESIDENT TAX DECLARATIONS - ONLY FOR VISAVERDE CLIENTS,

Every non-resident with property in Spain is obliged to do a tax declaration "non-resident tax declaration", which has to be seen as a kind of income & property tax. The non-resident declaration has to be done before the end of the year following on the tax year, so for example the 2018 tax declaration has to be presented before the end of 2019. We are offering this service, but at this moment we can only do this for our own clients
