This plot is located very close to the village of Güímar and has a total area of 24.057 m². There is a construction of 213,30 m² and the developable area is 1.500 m². About 12.500 m² are planted with about 200 avocado trees in full production, 50 fruit trees (orange, lemon, mango, banana and fig trees), the rest of the approx. 11.600 m² is uncultivated. The farm is irrigated with two shares of water from the Topo Negro well.
